Suggested advice note to visitors who may wish to make further inquiries of us:
Please be aware that the British American Business Council for the Colorado Rocky Mountain Region is operated entirely by an Executive Board of volunteer members, and relies upon membership dues and net income from event fees to support its activities. We do not have permanent facilities for answering telephone and correspondence inquiries, depending instead upon email, voicemail, and fax communications, which are dealt with in priority order based upon our philosophy of 'Members first, Business first'. We are not in a position to handle any urgent calls seeking assistance.

It has been necessary, for reasons of cost and time, to limit the number of returned calls. If we do not respond to any communication please accept our apologies in advance. This mostly occurs because the caller is seeking information that we either do not have, or that we would consume too much time locating and communicating. Examples of the kind of inquiry to which we will not normally respond are given below but are not limited to the following short sample list:
- Locating consumer products originating from the United Kingdom and Europe.
- Locating consumer products originating from the United Kingdom and Europe.
- Advising non-members about travel to and in the UK and Europe.
- Providing information to non-members about work visas and regulatory practices, student exchanges, work opportunities etc.
- Passport renewal information.
- Answering research requests from non-member organizations.
